• Manages CSR workload by reviewing assigned CSRs to improve timely delivery and to, prevent aging.
• Provides peer reviews and walkthroughs of system enhancements.
• Generates ad hoc reports for the Plan customers to support research and analysis, recovery efforts, and post-implementation check out of system enhancements
• Codes changes in accordance with the technical design documentation and coding standards.
• Tests output against requirements to ensure the program functions as specified by the customer
• Promotes code into appropriate systems while validating and monitoring the output to ensure the code works per requirements
• Applies sound judgment, discretion and analysis in coordinating, developing and designing computerized information systems solutions for business problems to meet expanding or changing business requirements
• Presents proposals for system enhancements, improvements, and/or replacement of existing systems
• Determines the economic and operational feasibility of using system solutions to satisfy information needs and presents proposals for system enhancements, improvement and/or replacement of existing systems.
• Creates and maintains technical design documentation for quality control purposes.
• Performs estimates and designs on small-to-medium Change System Request (Less then 1000 hours)

• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using Integration, Flow designer , Orchestration, Custom Application Development, OMT, Process Automation and other ServiceNow features and functionalities.

• You have at least 8+ years of extensive software engineering experience as a full stack developer with backend development using Java and front-end development using ReactJS, HTML/CSS.
• Experience of rest frameworks such as Spring, or REST/FAST API is needed.
• You have knowledge of web standards relating to APIs (OAuth, SSL, CORS, JWT etc.).
• Good to have experience in AWS Services.
• You have experience in building and deploying CI/CD pipeline to deploy microservices.
• You have knowledge of working with SQL.
• Experience in designing analytical and transaction workloads with some experience in data modeling.

• SOW Financial Planning Review: Assist in conducting reviews of Statements of Work to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements for accurate financial projections.
• Support in validating financial assumptions and identifying potential risks associated with project finances. SOW Routing: Support the routing process of Statements of Work by facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring timely approvals.
• Monitor the progress of SOWs through approval stages and assist in resolving any routing issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of SOW routing activities for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
• Support and Communication for Project Managers: Provide responsive support to project managers regarding financial planning inquiries and assistance.
• Assist in communicating financial updates, changes, and clarifications to project managers in a clear and timely manner.
• Collaborate with project managers to address financial challenges and optimize project financial performance.
• SAP PS Module Management: Support the management of SAP Project Systems (PS) module, including data entry, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the SAP PS module.
• Provide basic training and guidance to users on SAP PS functionality and processes.
